Parkour — is a training discipline developed from military obstacle course training. Parkour includes climbing, jumping, running and balancing to develop personal athletic advancement. Parkour became popular in the 1990s and is described “as ‘only a state of mind’ rather than a set of actions, and that it is about overcoming and adapting to mental and emotional obstacles as well as physical barriers.”

Love Gymnastics’ instructors focus on developing physical fitness, self confidence and mental discipline. We use the most current teaching techniques and emphasize the fundamentals of Parkour with safe and accurate skill progressions.

Ages 5-9 Years Old and 10 Years Old and Up Classes meet for 55 minutes.
